Work Timings: Fixed Night Shift (6:00 pm to 3:30 am)
Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation strategies.
• Track and report on lead generation activities and results.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (plus point).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (plus point).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
