The Opportunity:
Accountable for accurate & timely operational deliverables on a day-to-day basis in line with the P2P process guidelines and the relative SOX controls. Being compliance with the SOX audit and support internal / external audit, with attention to details. Look for process improvisation across process to create world class Finance COE centre.
You are great at:
To follow the process as per SOP.
Meet KPI & other business metrics target.
End to end understanding on P2P cycle.
Performing month close activities like accruals, cost reclass, fallout clearings etc.
Assist in training & mentoring of team members.
All supporting's to be attached on the accounting systems for future audit trails.
Query & escalation resolution.
Compliance to AFM /Audit/SOX.
Proactively identifies opportunities for improvements and makes recommendations through effective business controls.
Manage & support audit queries.
Review of open items to ensure timely clearance of the transactions before period close.
All audit queries to be responded per timeline.
Partner with business & suppliers in ensuring timely & accurate inputs for improving on the quality of delivery.
What it takes:
Finance graduation degree strongly preferred.
Typically, 6-8 years of work experience, preferably in P2P cycle.
Flexibility to support in different time zones, as per business requirements.
Strong accounting Skills.
Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite/SAP preferred)
Good communication skills required to manage & interact with the customers.
Knowledge on SOX, KPI & Business Continuity preferred.
Knowledge on IFRS would be an added advantage.
