The Opportunity:
Resource wil ensure accurate and timely supplier invoice accounting, compliance to established invoice accounting process and assist ad-hoc projects towards process improvement, as needed.
Will be first escalation point of contact for customer issues.
You are great at:
Accountable for day to day operational deliverables –Accurate & Timely.
Forecast inflow volume and manage invoice queues - Adherence to process TAT & Accuracy.
Query Resolution - Meet KPI & other business metrics target.
Invoice queue & control file management.
E2E Expenditure cycle systems interface.
Accountable for day to day operational deliverables.
Implements and assures effective business controls.
Assists in training and mentoring of team members.
Good analytical skills to support decision making on day to day operations.
Proactively identifies opportunities for improvements and makes recommendations.
Assures effective business controls through review, analysis, and verification.
Knowledge on ISO, IE, computation of Sigma, KPI & Business Continuity preferred.
Knowing IFRS would be an advantage.
Is able to understand direct and indirect impacts of activities performed by his/her team on customer.
What it takes:
Finance Graduate Degree with 3-6 years of professional experience.
Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Systems, Applications, Products
Strong understanding of accounting processes especially P2P
MIS reporting, documentation & audit support.
Strong communication skills required to manage interactions with customers
Good analytical thinking
