The Opportunity:
Role is responsible for Employee Expense claim Management process activities in the shared services environment (Validation of Employee Expenses, Policy adherence, including query resolution, Payments), and ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and quality of work/reports.
You are great at:
Support service delivery and operations of Employee Expense Management process for regions such as EMEA, APJ, AMS.
Responsible for validation of Employee Expenses in line with company policy and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
Turnaround of all employee queries and issues with a focus on customer service (including escalation management, if required).
Ensure all reporting activities are executed timely, accurately and with the required quality and ensure compliance.
Have a continuous process improvement mindset.
Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Other activities as assigned from time to time.
Hands on experience in Concur Application handline expense claims
Validation of Employee Expenses
What it takes:
Commerce Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in Employee Expense Management (or related processes).
Direct relevant experience of working in a Captive SSC / Business Process Outsourcing Organisations will be desired (in addition to years of experience / qualification).
Experience of handling onshore clients through daily / hourly interactions
Flexibility to support different time-zones and geographies.
Fluency in English language (verbal and written).
Highly organized and motivated team player
