AddressJob Purpose:
- Institutionalize robust maintenance best practices and standards at the manufacturing sites with an objective of achieving highest level of plant reliability and efficiency in operations.
- Improving reliability of Plant and Equipment
- Develop effective relationship with OEM and developing alternative vendor capabilities.
- Improve the skill set of plant engineering and maintenance teams required to achieve high standards of maintenance practices and plant performance.
- Support plants in major Shut Down planning and review the job list and resource requirements.
- Evaluation and absorption of new technologies and innovations in manufacturing processes.
- Implement upcoming practices related to Smart manufacturing, Artificial Intelligence, Industry 4.0, digitalization and other emerging standards.
- Improve Energy conservation and Sustainability performance.
- Provide direct support to plant for troubleshooting maintenance issue, carry out quality RCA and address chronic issues.
- Review the Design and Engineering for major capex projects as per engineering standards to ensure robust design and optimum cost.
- Evaluate technical aspects for procurement of major equipment, spare parts, technology, service suppliers to ensure required quality and cost.
- Responsible for entire Project Planning and execution for major projects executed by manufacturing team.
