The Opportunity:
The Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers and partners, demonstrating professional knowledge in ECM functional areas and the OpenText Extended ECM for SAP Success factors to ensure that the tasks and deliverables are of the highest calibre. Combination of deep xECM for SAP Success factors and a wide range of equally important “soft” consulting skills such as advanced customer facing skills, customer relationship building, facilitate/lead blueprint design and requirements workshops, and excellent communication skills are required for this role.
You are great at:
- Focus on Digital Content and Extended Document Management (OpenText xECM) and SAP Success Factors solution
- Process recording, optimization and conception of functional and technical business processes and extensions
- Configuration, programming, and implementation of process flows and their tests
- Actively participate and contribute to analysis, design, planning, processes, etc., Raise issues where needed and create sensitivity towards timely resolution of problems.
- Support with the requirements analysis and planning of the systems
- Installation and basic configuration of the OpenText xECM for SAP Success Factors components
- Customer support for client rollouts
- Carrying out release changes & migrations
EXPECTATIONS
- At least 10+ years of relevant professional experience in the IT consulting environment
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops and technical design activities.
- Contribute to the configuration & development of xECM implementation for SAP Success Factors, in line with project and customer time scales.
- Project experience in the SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, SAP Hybris C4C and/or SalesForce is additional advantage (any one preferably SuccessFactors)
- Certification in Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors Business Administrator Certification is recommended
- A sound understanding of any of the below:
- Software languages, eg .NET Framework, C#, Java based web applications,
SAP ABAP OO
- Current web technologies
- Databases (Oracle, MS SQL)
- ANYTHING ELSE YOU FEEL appropriate
- Manage expectations and responsibilities for all client and internal stakeholders.
- Very good written and spoken English
- Must be willing to travel within India and globally.
- Good knowledge of ERP, HCM, CRM and/or ECM systems
- Distinct customer orientation and consulting skills
What it takes:
Mandatory
- Work Experience in xECM for SAP Success Factors skillsets like SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Recruiting, installation of xECM for SF, Archive link, Document declaration, Business Workspace Configurations, Archive Server, Content Server and OpenText Capture Centre, Configuration of ECMLink communication setup with ELs and OTDS (OpenText Directory Services), Customizing Perspectives in Content Server Smart View, HR Document Management
- Experience in OpenText CS / xECM for SAP / Archive Center (configuration, upgrades, backup, recovery, monitoring, health checks, integrity testing, performance analysis, best practices, security, authorizations and procedural knowledge transfer).
- Experience in Configure/build OpenText solutions, including records management policy and supporting content destruction processes in OpenText
- Work experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
- Should possess good communication skills
- Candidate should be able to understand the Functional Specification document develop & deliver the assigned objects
- Positive attitude and flexibility along with highly motivated would be important for this role.
Optional
- Knowledge on Document Generation from Exstream/PowerDocs, Diagnostic Reports
- Certification in Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors Business Administrator Certification is recommended
- Candidate should be a quick learner and should be able to learn Opentext tools like xECM /VIM / ADA / ICC / BC / in a quick time
- Travel to customer location
- Project experience in the SalesForce is additional advantage.
