Job Description
Total 12+ Yrs experience. 10+ years SAP MM and 4+Years in S4HANA P2P.
SAP Certification in MM & EWM is a plus.
Knowledge or experience in the fisheries industry a plus
Implementation management and optimization of new and existing processes within SAP MM modules as needed to support Global requirements.
Minimum two E2E Implementation Experience with S4HANA MM/IM (1809 and above). Good to have experience in S4HANA 2021.
Support and Rollout experience.
In-depth Knowledge of P2P process along with Purchasing, Inventory Management and Valuation, Logistics Invoice Verification, Automatic Account Determination, Pricing, Release, Batch Management etc.
In-depth knowledge of IM SCM Related functional areas such as Manufacturing, Production Planning, Materials Management, and Logistics.
Integration knowledge of SAP MM with SAP SD, LE, MM, PP, TM.
Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, Developers on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems.
Identify, recommend, and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentation.
Acts as the initial point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by the team. Capable of effectively triaging and de-escalating issues with impacted parties.
In depth knowledge of user exits, batch jobs, SAP standard reports.
Familiar with Integration with 3rd party systems with PI/PO or RFC etc., eg. Weighbridge integration with using IDoc/RFC, various ERPs within Company.
Willingness to work in shifts
Work efficiently with both offshore and onshore counterparts
Analysis of business needs during requirement gathering sessions and prepare business process design documentation. Ability of handle and lead the development of WRICEF objects independently in collaboration with ABAP.
Create/maintain user manuals, optimization of existing/current business processes and drive for adoption of Global Template
Provide resolution expertise in case of Major Incidents
Interact with teams in other domain areas development/interfaces teams, security, infrastructure, legacy support teams etc. for cross-functional/team issues
Contact SAP or other 3rd party vendors to resolve the issue Analyze, implement, and take overall responsibility for implementing normal/emergency changes required for Incident resolution
Responsible for functional testing (Unit,Integration and UAT) in systems
Work self-directed and independently and act as subject matter mentor to subordinates.
