Digital Solution Arch Lead Consultant

Job Level Specific Duties:

• Have a strong functional/technical understanding of SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, SAP Ariba Sourcing and SAP Business Network.
• Ability to discuss and demonstrate the entire process flow of SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, SAP Ariba Sourcing and SAP Business Network with Business Requirement workbook to capture all the requirements from Business.
• Have experience in capturing requirement in Business Requirement Workbook and identifying the gap to conduct fit-gap analysis with Business process flow.
• Experience and have strong understanding in all the master data and transactional data and its interface via Cloud Integration Gateway & Webservice middleware with S/4HANA for both SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing and SAP Ariba Sourcing.
• Have a strong functional/technical understanding in integrating SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing with ERP other than SAP S/4HANA (non-SAP ERP) via Webservice.
• Experience in implementing SAP Ariba Suite especially SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing and SAP Ariba Sourcing
• Have a strong knowledge in Commodity Code Classification in SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing and SAP Ariba Sourcing.
• Customize and configure the SAP Ariba Sourcing templates, RFP, RFI and Auctions
• Experience in integrating the SAP S/4 HANA with SAP Ariba Sourcing for quote automation and SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing with SAP Ariba Sourcing for the quote request.
• Have knowledge in SAP Ariba Guided Buying and Guided Sourcing events.
• Customize and configure Custom Forms, Guided Buying Tiles and Preferred Suppliers
• Good knowledge in preparing process flow documentation on Guided Buying with SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, SAP Ariba Sourcing and SAP Business Network to capture step-by-step instruction.
• Experience in preparing Test Scenario & Test Scripts and support UAT testing with Business.
• Conduct UAT testing with Business team and capture Issue log.

• Support Hyper Care and capture Issue log

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Thorough knowledge of SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing processes (Requisition, Quote, Service Procurement, Purchase Orders, Service Sheet, Receiving and Invoicing), Catalog Management, User role and Responsibility Management and Master Data (Static & Dynamic)
• Thorough knowledge of SAP Ariba Sourcing process (RFP, RFI, Auction and Guided Sourcing events), quote automation with S/4HANA and SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing
• 12+ Years of experience with below SAP Ariba modules:

• SAP Ariba Buying
• SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing
• SAP Ariba Managed Gateway for Spend&Network (CIG)

• 8+ years of experience in Implementing below SAP Ariba Module:
  • SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing or SAP Ariba Buying
  • SAP Ariba Sourcing
