Job Description

Responsibilities: 

 Oversee key strategic customer accounts to lead the team in achieving collection targets and resolving unapplied or unidentified cash payments to ensure accurate posting to customer
accounts.

 Work with global stake holders on AM/CSM/Sales to ensure smooth functioning of the
process.

 Investigate & reconcile historical data and clear the old pending invoices.

 Works independently to initiate, prepare and report relevant operating, transformative metrics.

 Perform weekly reviews with team as/if requested.

 Timely preparation of weekly or monthly reports.

 Coordinate in documenting audit requirements.

 Lead Process Improvement initiatives.

 Independently take up projects allocated by Project team/AR group/assist on Implementation and Testing

Qualifications

Requirements: 

 A Subject matter expert of AR process and deliverables.

 7-11 years’ experience in international B2B collections and having good knowledge of
accounting concepts.

 Should have knowledge in order to cash process, processing refunds and withholding tax.

 Should have excellent communication skills (written and oral)

 Working knowledge of MS office, Google sheets.

 Comfortable working with targets.

 Negotiation and problem-solving skills.

 Dispute management Skills.

 Work with minimum supervision and strive for excellence.

 Acts as a back-up for AR Manager/Team lead, if required.
