Job Description

Overview:As a UX Design Lead, you will play a crucial role in creating seamless and enjoyable experiences for our users across digital platforms.You will be responsible for understanding user needs, designing intuitive interfaces and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.It would be necessary to work with clients, partners and stakeholders across various domains, industries & locations.

Responsibilities:· User Research & Design Thinking:o Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.o Utilize design thinking & various research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.· Wireframing and Prototyping:o Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.o Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing to enhance usability and functionality.· Interaction Design:o Design intuitive and efficient interactions for web and mobile applications.o Ensure consistency in interaction patterns and user interface elements across products.· Visual & Motion Design:o Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines.o Collaborate with visual designers to create high-fidelity mockups and design assets.· Usability Testing:o Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design decisions.o Analyze usability test results and identify areas for improvement.· Collaboration:o Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.o Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams.· Stay Updated:o Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.o Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in UX design principles and methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design/Human-Computer Interaction (HCI/HMI)/Computer Science/Electronics or related field
