Job Description:

Designation – Lead Analyst

Exp – more than 5-6 yrs of exp into the domain and overall more than 7yrs of exp is required.

No of vacancy- 2.


CTC Max – 11.5 LPA including variable pay.


Insurance Domain

• Insurance Package renewal
• Insurance certificate validation
• Source Placement
• Insurance agent interaction
• Floor insurance validation
• Hazard insurance validation
• Evidence of insurance
• Flood zone determination
• Insurance package follow-ups
• Decrease in average amount calculation


Loan syndication domain.

• 
  Minimum 18 months in current role in addition to prior relevant work experience.
• Strong background in Loans Ops process.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Loan operations preferred

• Supervise a team 5 to 8 FTEs
• Work allocation and prioritization
• Ensuring all work items related to Agency team are cleared within the set time frame
• The candidate will be responsible for seamless processing of Loan servicing as per the set guide lines
• Review and monitor all the trade exceptions on a regular basis to ensure nil instances of process breach
• Provide training to the new joiners and update team on any process changes
• Responsible for all the process escalations and their resolutions in a timely manner
• Responsible for maintaining the control grid of the process
• Be pro-active in looking for process improvements and implementation of the same
• Responsible for periodic call and tasks audit and ensure findings are resolved
• Responsible for managing productivity, accuracy and timeliness as per benchmark requirements
• Interface with the client for resolution vide client calls/emails
