Job Description
We are a dynamic and customer-focused organization looking to enhance our team with a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Specialist for our US Calling Process. This role is critical in providing high-quality customer service and support to our US-based clients. The position requires flexibility with shift hours, primarily during the night, to align with US business hours. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Shift Hours
- Flexible, mostly night shifts to accommodate US business hours.
- Specific shift timings will be discussed during the hiring process.
Requirements
- Proven Customer Support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a minimum of 2 years in a BPO/KPO setting preferred.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage in conversation with US clients.
