1. Job Title : E-Commerce Key Account Manager (KAM)
2. Key Responsibility areas :
- Forge strategic alliances with major e-commerce chains through effective negotiation techniques.
- Previous experience with Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Big Basket is non-negotiable
- Negotiate Terms of Trade (TOTs) with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Drive top-line revenue growth by implementing sales strategies focused on distribution, visibility, pricing, and promotions.
- Forecast customer demand and facilitate collaborative forecasting processes.
- Develop and execute Strategic Annual Operating Business Plans for designated accounts.
- Coordinate quarterly media activities and promotional calendars in collaboration with Marketing and Brand teams.
- Provide exceptional account service to nurture strong customer relationships.
- Manage product launches by overseeing launch calendars and assisting Brand Managers in planning and executing new product launches.
- Monitor competitor pricing, activities, and strategies, adjusting sales approaches accordingly.
- Streamline processes by establishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), timelines, and formats to enhance efficiency and resolve customer claims promptly.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, content, and finance to ensure alignment and support organizational goals.
