Responsibilities:
- Carry a revenue quota and achieve the given targets
- Own the entire sales cycle i.e. nurture leads given by lead generation team to create opportunities and further close them
- Sales pipeline management
- Coordinate with the Business Unit / Delivery heads for solutioning and proposals
- Help lead generation team with enablement, training and qualification
- Help lead generation team with best practices of Inside Sales Keep the CRM updated
Must have:
- At-least 6 years of relevant sales experience in an IT services company
- Good understanding of the Technology landscape including web application development, mobility, cloud, Big Data, technology trends
- Software development experience along with MBA is highly preferable
- Must be a go-getter
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate into an account / account mining
