Description-Responsibilities: International Calling II English Communication
- Handle Inbound And Outbound Calls, As Well As Customer Concerns And Queries
- Contacting Existing Customers As Well As Prospective Customers
- Obtaining Customer Information And Other Relevant Data.
- Asking Questions To The Customer And Understanding Their Need.
- Resolving Queries And Issues Related To The Products And Services.
- Maintaining The Monthly Target And Achievement Report Documents.
