Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Ludhiana for an HR Manager. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire HR operations of the company, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. You will also ensure that all HR processes align with the company's strategic goals and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management roles
- Working knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Handle biometrics system and attendance systems
- Maintain displine and mange payroll.
- Manage incentives, Loans, profiles, skill charts of employees.
- Conduct audit of work and generate attendance report.
- Have knowledge for hospital worker treatment.
- Ability to source talent and handle work shortages.
