The ideal candidate will be responsible for running day to day HR activities alongwith the following:
- Designing and updating job descriptions
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media etc.)
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Human resources
- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment (preferably in IT industry)
- Good communication and presentation skills
Note: This will be an 80% recruitment and 20% generalist role. Female candidates required, should be comfortable with Mohali location.
