1. Utilizing various channels/ tools provided by the company to find potential candidates
2. Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experiences against the job requirements.
3. Evaluating candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the organization and the position.
4. Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and coordination throughout the recruitment process.
5. Cultivating relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, and to foster a positive recruitment experience.
6. Offering constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, regardless of the outcome, to help them improve their candidacy for future opportunities.
7. Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requires, develop job descriptions, and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability.
8. Must be comfortable to work in night shift Monday to Friday
