- Extend and negotiate compensation packages, and manage subsequent offers.
- Ability to understand basic technical requirements to conduct position searches in a time-sensitive fast-paced environment
- Must be able to use multiple search portals to produce results-driven
- Conduct pre-screen technical interviews with candidates
- Communicate at all levels to inform the recruiting team and management of candidate search statuses
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure a strategic partnership.

What Youll need to bring to Maropost
- 4+ years of corporate full life cycle recruiting experience (Specifically in Recruitments)
- Previous experience with direct sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn is a must.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for Maropost
- Well aware about the Market Analysis.
- Experience coordinating with global teams.
- Degree in Human Resources.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems or HRIS (BambooHR experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment techniques and methods.
- Strong candidate relationship management skills, with practical experience in building, maintaining, and leveraging proactive candidate pipelines.
- Strong ability to negotiate and influence at all levels of the organization; ability to build and maintain credibility at all levels of the organization.
- Being technically savvy.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
