Job description

  • Must have working experience in Technical & Non-Technical recruitments
  • Extend and negotiate compensation packages, and manage subsequent offers.
  • Ability to understand basic technical requirements to conduct position searches in a time-sensitive fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to use multiple search portals to produce results-driven
  • Conduct pre-screen technical interviews with candidates
  • Communicate at all levels to inform the recruiting team and management of candidate search statuses
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure a strategic partnership.
  • Ability to maintain a steady stream of candidates in the pipeline
  • Use of appropriate systems to track candidates through the recruiting process
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to source candidates through social media and other non-traditional methods
  • Drive to successfully select and present positive high-quality candidates within strict time-sensitive time frames
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the recruiting team and management

What Youll need to bring to Maropost

  • 4+ years of corporate full life cycle recruiting experience (Specifically in Recruitments)
  • Previous experience with direct sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn is a must.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for Maropost
  • Well aware about the Market Analysis.
  • Experience coordinating with global teams.
  • Degree in Human Resources.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems or HRIS (BambooHR experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment techniques and methods.
  • Strong candidate relationship management skills, with practical experience in building, maintaining, and leveraging proactive candidate pipelines.
  • Strong ability to negotiate and influence at all levels of the organization; ability to build and maintain credibility at all levels of the organization.
  • Being technically savvy.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet conflicting deadlines.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills.
