Qualification :
1. Bachelor degree in Dairy Technology/ Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food Science and Technology/ Agriculture/ Life Science! Animal Sciences with at east second division from a recognised university.
2. Master degree in Dairy Technology/ Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food Science and Technology/ Processing and Food Engineering/ Livestock Products Technology (with specialization in Dairy Technology) with minimum OCPA 6.0/10 or 60 percent marks in aggregate or equivalent. In Desirable: Preference will be given to a candidate having working experience on related areas, exposure to basics of food quality analysis with working knowledge of analytical equipments and statistical analysis.
