Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy compliance. This is an on-site role located in Ludhiana.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Understanding of compensation and benefits administration
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Salary expectancy - 2,40,000 - 3,40,000 Annually
Preferred location - Ludhiana or Punjab
