Job Overview:
We are looking for an HR Executive who will be responsible for managing human resource functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
  - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  - Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
2. Employee Relations:
  - Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
  - Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance overall job satisfaction and morale.
3. Performance Management:
  - Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing support to managers and employees in setting performance goals and conducting reviews.
  - Identify areas for employee development and recommend appropriate training programs.
4. HR Policies and Compliance:
  - Develop and update HR policies in accordance with labor laws and industry best practices.
  - Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to employment and HR policies.
5. Benefits Administration:
  - Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  - Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and support open enrollment processes.
6. Training and Development:
  - Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  - Work with department heads to develop career development plans for employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
