Job Description and Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 4-5yrs HR experience, at least 2yrs into US HR Operations (On-boarding, Employee filed Connect, BGC, US compliance, Benefits, Off-boarding, Reporting etc)
- Postgraduate (MBA/MSW HR preferable) with strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, creative problem solving, with the ability to think, plan, and execute multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously.
- Prioritize business objectives and effectively manage multiple projects.
- Ability to manage a set of stakeholders.
- Willing to work in Eastern Time Zone (Night Shift)
