Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role as Human Resources Executive for Top Tree Human Resources Consultancy. The role is based in Dubai-UAE . The Human Resources Executive (Dubai) will be responsible for overseeing and executing the day-to-day HR operations, which include but are not limited to, maintaining and updating the HR database, coordinating and conducting employee training and development, overseeing performance management, and conducting regular HR compliance audits. The role will also actively collaborate with stakeholders across the business to enhance the company's broader HR strategy and improve HR policy and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, psychology or related field, or equivalent experience in relevant field
• 4+ years of experience working in HR management with proven experience in handling HR operations, including employee relations, compliance and performance management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve collective goals, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency with HR information systems (such as SAP, Workday, etc.) and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Dedication to staying up-to-date with relevant HR regulations, laws, and best practices, including but not limited to UAE labor laws.
