Core Responsibilities
Knowledge and skill set
Experience * MBA with 3 to 4 Years in Training & Development (Sales, Customer Service, Product other behavioural) should have knowledge of regional language.
- Handling Sales, Customer Service, Products other behavioural training
- Motivating the team and maintaining high morale to ensure consistent achievement by understanding customer requirements as early as possible.
- Identifying training needs by regularly scanning various pre-determined sources
- Refresher Session was taken to improve the performance and to keep sale staff updated on any changes in the process
- Regular monitoring of the calls and providing them with necessary feedback on their weak points.
- Conducting Regular Engagement Activities at stores and backend.
- Working on In-house Magazine
- Compiling of reports for teams performance,
- Conducting activities like Performance Improvement Plan
- Planning and executing training calendar in coordination with the operations team.
- Profile entails travelling across West India.
Knowledge and skill set

- Should be adept with Excel & PowerPoint
- Team player with great time management and interpersonal skills
