Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting both classroom and field visit training on various topics, including Product, Process, Compliance, and Skills & Behavior, etc.
- The role requires extensive travel across the assigned state/territory and on a need basis across India.
- Designing, developing, and delivering training programs to address ongoing training needs by engaging with internal and external stakeholders across the company's geographies.
- Gaining a detailed understanding of training requirements and prioritizing training programs accordingly.
- Coaching and mentoring sales team members as needed and ensuring the resolution of any field-related issues.
- Deciding on the monthly training calendar, branch coverage, and productivity of the sales team.
- Executing the training plan for new employees.
- Identifying training needs and bridging the gap between the present and desired state.
- Identifying and addressing business challenges.
- Collecting feedback, assessment sheets, and attendance sheets after training sessions and maintaining and sending them across to the head office as per requirements and complying with audit requirements.
- Coordinating with supervisors, regional sales teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of training programs.
