Job Title: Assistant Training Manager

Location: ECR, Chennai

We are present in 11 countries and are expanding globally. As part of our commitment to employee development and growth, we are seeking an Assistant Training Manager to join our dynamic L&D Team.

Position Overview:

The Assistant Training Manager will work closely with the Training Manager to design, implement, and evaluate training programs for employees at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will have a passion for learning and development, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to meet training objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs based on organizational needs and objectives.

2. Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and priorities.

3. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue selection, and materials preparation.

4. Conduct training sessions for employees on topics such as onboarding, technical skills, and leadership development.

5. Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, performance metrics, and other assessment methods.

6. Update training materials and resources to ensure accuracy and relevance.

7. Maintain training records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development.

9. Support the Training Manager in other training-related initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- Master’s / Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field

- Previous experience of 1=3 years in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.

- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other training-related software.

- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
