Job Description:
The Communication Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective communication training programs for students at JKKN College of Engineering and Technology. They will work with faculty and staff to identify the specific communication needs of the college and will develop and implement customized training programs to meet those needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver communication training programs for students at JKKN College of Engineering and Technology.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify the specific communication needs of the college.
- Develop customized training programs to meet those needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as communication, education, or psychology.
- 3-5 years of experience designing and delivering communication training programs.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
