• Can work on job portals.
• Extensive experience in Sourcing, Identifying, interviewing, reference checking, salary negotiations.
• Resourcing through head hunting, campus hiring, institute, referrals and portals
Induction/Operations
• Sending out joining kit and taking Induction
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS (Good command over Microsoft office)
• Leave Management
• Attendance Management
