Role Overview:
1. Design and/or deliver innovative, integrated and engaging leadership development programs that address key development areas for the organizations we support.
2. Engage with stakeholders to ensure strong understanding of the business context, consult on talent development asks and support or recommended solutions.
3. Support and drive Talent Management processes in collaboration with stakeholders to sustain momentum and visibility on talent and related developmental agenda
4. Strengthen internal processes of learning needs identification, driving nominations, internal facilitator management and reporting dashboards and metrics for learning traction and engagement
Summary of Responsibilities:
1.Create and execute learning programs for relevant audiences as per business needs and learning outcomes.
2.Partner with internal subject matter experts and/or external vendors to achieve defined training, learning and development objectives
3.Identify areas of enhancement for learning programs through content or delivery modes
4.Monitor and assess effectiveness of learning initiatives and suggest improvements
5.Monitor and track learning budgets vs. investments.
6.Support execution of the Talent Management calendar for both organizations
7.Track talent development activities through specific mechanisms for focused action on talent
