- Serve as the first point of contact for current and former Lowe’s India associates on all matters related to HR portal navigation, human resources policies and procedures
- Answers general questions regarding portal navigation and HR/Payroll policies and procedures referring to an online knowledge base for information and guidance
- Uses a case management tool for recording and administering requests & may assist other service center employees with opening, recording, processing, or closing cases in the tool.
- Perform intake, sorting, tracking and distribution for documents that arrive at the service center for processing and other duties as assigned
- Assist Senior Representatives, Supervisors & Managers with day-to-day execution of duties including Onboarding & support the team regarding proper procedures, policies, & requirements
- Assist the HR supervisor with monitoring & evaluating HR transaction workflow and volume to meet production and performance goals
Minimum Qualifications:

- Passing out from premium PG Institute is preferred (full time)
- 2+ years of experience in HR talent sourcing/ talent management/ payroll / benefits & compliance/ associate relation/communications and various HR operations
