The role in a gist:
As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role you will be the face of the company externally and SPOC for all communication with Lending partners for co-lending arrangements. Sounds like you? What you will work on:
- Business Development and onboarding new co-lending partners
- Onboarding and managing strategic partnerships with banks/NBFCs
- Responsible for business volumes with each partner and ensuring scale up of partnership
- Responsible for day to day liaising with lending partners ensuring smooth flow of operations
- Negotiate terms and agreements with co-lending partners to optimize loan structures and borrower terms.
- Effectively managing stakeholder discussions and a regular connection to drive the initiatives smoothly and create positive synergies.
- Should be familiar with RBI guidelines and a regular connect to drive the initiatives smoothly
The ideal candidate :
- Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get hands-on where required
- Ability to manage the performance of a team
- Good understanding of Financial Products and Credit
- Strong understanding of processes and ability to have numbers at fingertips
Qualification and Experience :
- 2+years of experience in co-lending
- Master's degree (MBA preferred) from a reputed institute or a CA/CFA degree with relevant experience
- Should have experience of Credit/Legal Documentation/Financial Products/Operations.
- Ideal candidate would have been working in the Banking / NBFC Space for over 2 years and should have experience in acquiring lending partners for co-lending opportunities.
