Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Conduct effective and efficient recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates and managing any external recruiters
- Manage the on boarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
2. Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and promoting open communication.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs for team members.
3. Administration, Policies and Compliance:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and communicate benefit information to employees.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance.
4. Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Organize and coordinate company-wide events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Work closely with leadership and help contribute to enhancing the overall culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Experience in, or willing to learn to use Zoho platform
