High level Description:
The Growth Market HR for Leadership team supports the full talent lifecycle of Growth Markets aligned Accenture Leaders, including Headcount and Payroll Planning/Forecasting, Performance Achievement, Promotions to and within MD Levels, Compensation Administration, Succession Planning, and various other Leader activities.
The Manager supports dedicated MU HR for Leadership Leads or/and Market-wide Services HR Leads in driving leadership processes and activities in line with Growth Markets Market specific business strategy and talent objectives. She/He will report to the Growth Markets Market HR for Leadership Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with dedicated MU HR for Leadership Leads or/and Market-wide Services HR Leads
- Drive execution of the specific business and process supported, partnering with dedicated MU HR for Leadership Leads or/and Market-wide Services HR Leads
- Provide insights and identify solutions to support discussions and actions
- Be a SME in Leader processes, reports, tools, and nuances of leader data with the ability to pull out insights and shape/tell a story at a level of detail appropriate for a senior level audience.
- Help drive consistency while balancing the need for differentiation by business and at the market level where needed.
Headcount and Payroll Planning Modeling/Tracking/Forecasting: Maintain, validate headcount tracker and assist with forecast or executive summaries to support leadership discussions.
PA and Promotion Process Support: Assist with maintaining pipeline file, follow ups for missing/incorrect data, validate results in PA, provide summary analysis around goals, etc.
Total Rewards: Assist with validating proper flow of information/decisions from PA process into Total Rewards process, overall compensation process, validation and QA’s.
Talent Reviews: Support the review and discussions leading up to the review.
High Potentials: Support needed to consolidate and refresh information in support of leadership discussions and provide insights related to strategic goals.
