We are seeking an experienced HR Executive-Pharmaceutical to join our team at Kukulkan Manpower Consultancy. As an HR Executive-Pharmaceutical, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities related to the pharmaceutical industry. Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR Executive in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process for the pharmaceutical industry, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures tailored to the pharmaceutical industry
- Handle employee relations issues and ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee performance management and develop strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees in the pharmaceutical industry
