*Daily routine - HR Admin related work activities for Branch Followups*Procuring competitive quotations for every new assets purchase or repair from the market.*Standard negotiation skills set required for pricing finalisation*Maintain company Assets database with regular updates*PMS/Insurance/FC work followups on company vehicle service*Branch Visit for Asset Usage and Audit and inspection.*Other general Admin related activities should be followed up in HR*Collect documents from employees as per standard checklist*Maintain the personal files of the positions mentioned above at district level and update themregularly. *Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment file, PF related documents at the district level(Ref:www.freshersworld.com,freshersworld)
