Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads to expand the client base.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proper communication .
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promote brand awareness and generate leads.
