• Project Sales Budget (Absolute Value) for Premium products Contributions (EPDM) Elastoduct, Silver Clad, Aerostick Colour

• Appoint dealers/distributors wherever required as well as maintain good relationship with customers, superiors & subordinates.

• Strategies formulations for achieving budgeted sales.

• Build up team, support & guide them to achieve the set targets.

• New Product development, business development for applicators.

• New Client acquisition.

• Coordinate with plant for qualitative production and timely dispatch of order.

• Responsible for all marketing activities.

• Market awareness, especially competitor’s activities.

• Branding/promotion activities/CRM/relationship building & industrial presence.
