Our client is a well- established and renowned brand in the D2C Personal Care space. They are looking out for a Head of Performance to join their office in Delhi NCR. As a key player, you'll be at the forefront of digital marketing, shaping and executing innovative campaigns, orchestrating media plans on Facebook and Google platforms, and overseeing various aspects such as website management, affiliate marketing, CRM/email marketing, and product positioning. Your role will be instrumental in driving growth initiatives, managing budgets effectively, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, execute, and plan digital marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms.
- Oversee website management to ensure an engaging and seamless online experience for customers.
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales and brand growth.
- Lead CRM and email marketing efforts to maintain strong customer relationships and drive retention.
- Contribute to product positioning strategies and drive growth initiatives.
- Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget effectively.
- Implement customer acquisition strategies to grow the customer base.
- Establish partnerships to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills as a valued asset to the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in handling digital marketing campaigns for agencies or brands.
- Profound expertise in online marketing and strategic business planning.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and management.
