Head - Modern Trade - Hair Care/Personal Care- Mumbai (7+ Years)
Seeking a Head of Modern Trade for a leading Hair Care brand. The role entails driving sales strategies, overseeing crucial accounts, and formulating Modern Trade strategies in line with our corporate goals. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in FMCG sales, demonstrate leadership in the beauty/personal care industry, and exhibit strong capabilities in communication, negotiation, and analytics. This position demands a willingness to travel and will entail supervising all regional Modern Trade managers throughout India.
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute Modern Trade plans aligned with corporate goals.
2. Drive revenue growth through effective sales tactics and pricing strategies.
3. Manage key accounts, negotiating terms and ensuring agreements are upheld.
4. Establish and monitor performance metrics to guide decision-making.
Requirements:
1. 7+ years in FMCG sales with 10+ years overall experience.
2. Proven leadership in beauty/personal care industry.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
5. Proficiency in product knowledge and trade trends.
6. Willingness to travel as needed.
