Job Description
- To develop plans & strategy and effectively execute ensuring short- and long-term Key Business objectives.
- Need to lead the business and to build business strategies to grow the business exponentially
- Plan and drive new product launches in the respective therapy area in India
- Achievement of Primary, Secondary & Tertiary Sales for ensuring top-line & Bottom Line
- Preparing & reviewing budgets for all channels & regular review of P&L
- Drive customer relationship management with the concerned stakeholders to achieve the desired ROI without deviating from prescribed policies and increase the prescriber base.
- Ensure marketing and PR activities are planned and periodically reviewed to support sales.
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience as profit centre head is desired.
- Overall, over experience in various aspects of an organization preferably from Consumer Products and or Consumer Directed Services.
- Experience of working in diverse markets in India and a successful track record of achieving sales, brand building, network development & profit targets
- A broad understanding of widely distributed Consumer Industry with a focus on the Natural/ Health & Wellness industry is desired.
