Job Description:
We are looking to hire a sales leader to head the inside Sales ecosystem, someone who is passionate about B2B sales, is data-driven and has proven experience in building high-performance sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to customers to advise them of products and services that may be of interest to them. ( Telecom sales, Inside sales, Business development, direct sales, lead generation)
- Take customer information and update it in the database as required.
- Put through relevant sales and contracts for sales of goods or services.
- Explain products and service features to clients.
- Pass on leads to the outbound sales team if applicable.
- Upsell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients.
- Understand the customers' needs and tailor the service to their needs.
- Responsible to take care of 150+ team comprising tele sales, tele service and tele production & hosting team
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ Years of experience into Tele sales and Servicing Division
- Minimum 3 Years of Team Handling Experience
- Must be fluent in Tamil Language
- Outbound & Inbound Sales
- Telemarketing & Presales
- Telecom sales, Inside sales, Business development, direct sales, lead generation
- Customer service
Qualification:

- MBA with 2 years of regular full-time


- 75% in 10th & 12th
