Job Description:
- We are looking to hire a sales leader to head the inside Sales ecosystem, someone who is passionate about B2B sales, is data-driven and has proven experience in building high performance sales teams will be a right match for this role.
- Role will be a key leadership position in a fast-growing B2B business segment in the assigned business portfolio .
Responsibilities:
- Drive young B2B Telesales team, with passion and metrics-driven approach to increase productivity, manage pipeline, forecast and drive desired sales behaviors to achieve the targets for acquisition, retention and client hosting production
- Identify sales growth opportunities, as well as market challenges, and work with the sales, servicing and hosting production teams to develop and implement innovative action plans
- Responsible to take care of 150+ team comprising tele sales, tele service and tele production & hosting team
- Hire, develop, train and lead the new and existing tele sales / service / production team members to grow the revenue and hosting month on month
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ Years of experience into Telesales and Servicing Division
- Minimum 3 Years of Team Handling Experience
- Must be fluent in Tamil Language
- Client handling and application of Telesales techniques
Education & Qualifications:
- MBA - 2 Years regular (Full-time)
- Apply if you have 75% in 10th & 12th , 60% in UG & PG
