3. Performance Management Establishing performance management system for each individual in Easy Build . Overseeing the performance appraisal system that drives high performance . Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other admin issues
4. Talent Management (Training and Development) Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans, guiding learning and development initiatives, and planning employee career paths
5. Compensation and Benefits Overseeing compensation and benefits plans to maintain competitiveness in the market and to keep employees motivated
6. Diversity and Inclusion Driving diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a representative and respectful workplace
7. Culture and Employee Engagement Building a positive and appealing organizational culture, and designing employee engagement programs
8. Succession Planning Identifying key roles within the organization and ensuring potential successors are identified, assessed, and developed
