Head - Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Planning & Strategizing
- Prospect, develop and generate new business opportunities including forecasting and monitoring key business metrics
- Promote and engage in positioning the solutions with multiple contacts including C-Level contacts in the assigned accounts. Ability to map accounts decision making process at various levels.
- Identifying, pursuing, closing sales opportunities, including proposal creation and presentation.
- Developing and mentoring a high performing sales group
- New product introduction and preparing Go-To-Market plan
- Managing channel enablement & onboarding programs
- Enhancing revenue & new orders from existing clients by presenting new product and services and maintain the strong relationships.
- Work closely with solution architects to prepare a solution that meets both customer requirements.
- Coordination with technical team for timely installation & early resolution of customer complaints
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Business Development, New Market Development, Key Account Management and Product Management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with proven abilities motivating and leading teams towards achieving organizational goals.
- Rich experience in Digital Transformation strategy and SaaS model Cloud business.
- Experience in introduction of Cloud products in the market and developing channel ecosystem
- Experience in Sales & Business Development in the areas of Cloud, IT Infrastructure, DC, Networks etc.
- Proficient in analysing business needs, proposing strategic solutions to optimize operational efficiency to drive incremental business revenues.
- Should have experience in acquiring new accounts, understanding of the business potential and capabilities, strong sales management skills like Lead Generation, Account Management, Pricing and Negotiations.
