Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-level Finance & Accounting professional with expertise in the OTC (Order-to-Cash) domain and strong analytical abilities. The ideal candidate should also possess a fair understanding of market-leading technologies such as Celonis (process Mining), Alteryx (process Automation), and Intelligent Automation (RPA). As a key member of finance transformation team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements, delivering high-quality work, and driving end to end business transformation projects.
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Extensive knowledge of OTC processes to drive process improvement initiatives, optimizing efficiency, and enhancing overall performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop effective solutions to improve quality and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market-leading technologies like Celonis, Alteryx, and intelligent automation into finance operations, streamlining processes and improving accuracy.
- Lead transformation projects leveraging Lean, analytics, RPA, Platform implementation & optimisation, Business Process Automation and Re-engineering / Lean Six Sigma projects.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to prioritize multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines simultaneously.
- Support Client's strategy on driving CI & digital transformation.
- Experience in Change Management and understanding of O2C SLAs, KPIs, Business Metrics and process Controls.
- Utilize strong analytics skills to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making purposes.
- Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts. Facilitate process workflow modelling in Order To collaborate on process improvements, automation Capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
- Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or Concerns.
- Bring inconsistencies and problems with solutions to the attention of management
- Play an active role in the project team. Scope out the project work and lay down key milestones, rigorous oversight on the project timelines. Partner with various teams on project execution.
Requirements:
- Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the OTC domain and strong analytics capabilities with understanding of Contract Management, Proposals, Billing, Price Agreements, Quotes Creation, Managing Sales order, Collections, Cash Apps & Dispute Management.
- Familiarity with market-leading technologies such as Celonis, Alteryx, and RPA.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, maturity, and dependability.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Track record of success in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to multitask effectively and efficiently.
- Certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt, RPA technologies, and Analytics would be an added advantage.
Shift timings: 12 PM to 9 PM (Flexible as per business requirements)
