Visit us at www.accenture.com Role Title: GM Song Business Operation Practice Lead Career Level : 7 The Song GM Practice Business Operations Lead will collaborate with the GM SongPractice Lead, GM Song DOO, and Song MU Business Operations Leads to develop and execute the Song practice-level strategy and business plan. We are looking for an experienced Manager to join the team, who will work with business leaders and teams to drive effective and efficient operations governance while also liaising with different corporate functions teams and the broader Global Song Operations team to help ensure a consistent approach to Business Operations, integration into the wider Song strategy and vision and achievement of GM Practice specific metrics, including Pipeline, Sales, Revenue, CCI and Chargeability. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Growth Markets Song Practice lead and Growth Markets Song DOO in aligning the practice with the new Song Operating Model • Drive process and operational improvements within the practice, operationalize strategic initiatives, and align outcomes with Song priorities. • Contribute to the development of the practice's vision and strategy. • Collaborate with corporate functions supporting Song Growth Markets to ensure consistent support for the practice. • Support the Growth Markets Song Practice Lead and HR in optimizing the practice's talent strategy and managing chargeability. • Assist in fiscal year planning, including account planning, financial planning, talent planning, and more. o Analyze and report key performance metrics related to sales, revenue, CCI and talent. o Contribute to action plans for improving performance as needed. • Lead ad-hoc deep dives, reporting, and program management for special projects when needed.
