Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day Operations and serve as a trusted advisor to our executive team and help drive strategic initiatives forward. The Business Operations Manager will work closely with the ICCT lead, finance, procurement, and other leaders to align organizational priorities, facilitate decision-making, and ensure effective execution of key initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our Business Operations, including process improvement, project management, and Team coordination. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of Business Operations, including process improvement, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance overall performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and implement solutions to address them.
• Oversee project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects and initiatives.
• Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services working with Finance and Procurement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Cloud domain.
• Proven experience in Business Operations management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and operational best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and Team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software applications.
• Experience working in the education industry is a plus.
