About The Role :
- As part of the CEO's office, you will get to experience a 360-degree view of company journey from a strategic perspective
- You will work closely with the CXOs to take on a variety of strategic projects related to our growth and GTM strategy
- You will work closely with the CEO / Founder office on everything ranging from research, strategy and planning special projects, growth themes, and executive coordination
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute cross-functional strategic projects, growth initiatives, and transformation programs that enable the leadership team to optimize decision-making
- Own and drive to completion key initiatives and projects across functions
- Work closely across multiple functions (product, sales, HR, marketing, and engineering) to optimize and execute strategic partnerships
- Work on organizing key KPIs and metrics across various departments like sales, marketing, and product team
- Implement key processes, research frameworks, KPIs dashboard, and automated workflows in order to help the company to scale up
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including strategic partners, customers and investors
- Conduct research to substantiate the internal and external communications from the CEO's office
- Support the CEO's Office in overseeing the tracking and monitoring of projects, action items, and strategies that stem from the CEO and senior management team
- Manage a small team to run the strategic projects end-to-end
Qualifications :
- Over 8 years of work experience in strategy, program management, management consulting, research advisory, transformation initiatives, sales enablement, M&A, VC, corporate strategy, startup operating role
- Any MBA (Preferably from Tier 1 or 2 B Schools) graduate
- Experience in managing programs and leading Strategic Initiatives at a large scale.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Analytical mindset; problem solving attitude
