Job Description
- Candidate should have 10 plus years of experience in PRT (Pension Risk Transfer), Defined benefit and has worked with US pension payroll.
- Leading a team of Assistant Managers, SME's, Associates, Sr. Associates & Lead Associates to perform effectively against set SLAs/KPIs
- Managing HC of 80 – 85 approximately
- Executing strategies to improve your teams’ overall performance
- Should have good reporting skills and highly skilled in getting the work delivered timely
- Must have effective Client communications and Management Process ownership and improvement
- Can effectively collaborate and work closely with stakeholders ( Transformation team, Facilities, IT, Admin, WFM, Quality etc.,)
- Managing teams with effective leadership, coaching and support
- Leading interventions to deliver change and transformation within the business adding value to the business
Qualifications
• Qualification – Bachelor's degree • Minimum Experience - 15 plus Years in Back office operations
